If I go 6 days again and I don't go, i will be calling the doctor. I am going to have lab work done next Wednesday to see what's going on. Doing pretty good with losing weight, and my belly is shrinking. But as long as I stay below my RDI for calories, I think I will continue to lose.

Having trouble remembering to drink during the day. I need to find a time to have the carrot salad and do the 3 food protocol for days when I will be in school. I have a club meeting after classes one Monday a month, and i am there until 3:30. I usually take my meds and dinner with me. Maybe the carrot salad can come with me and I can do the 3-food protocol in the morning before leaving.
