I'm at 79 kgs today, a little over two kgs more than yesterday, but of course it's (mostly) because of Indulgence Day. I did poorly yesterday. Too poorly. But I'm back on track today, and will do my best to compensate.
Today is Lord Of The Rings marathon at our house, so I won't be here more than a moment today. I'm off to watch the first movie from the exercise bike. Let's see how far I make it.
