Have not been eating low carb as much as I normally do today. Been sick with a cold, sinus stopped up and cough. No energy, feel run down. Hope I feel better and back on track soon.

I like to make egg drop soup when this happens to me.
Dunno if you've tried this: Just heat up some good tasting broth and when it gets to a low boil, drizzle raw scrambled egg into it. The egg cooks instantly, almost like a light chicken noodle soup- it is very soothing and doesn't break keto . Hope you feel better soon.
