Day 39. Yesterday was not good. I need to learn how to not eat whatever food is sitting in front of me. It's hard when you get stuck with two pans on cookie bars staring at you for nine hours. Yep. So yesterday was pretty much sugar, more sugar, caffine and fat. But I'm getting back on track today. And hopefully I'll get caught up on sleep, too. I'm getting tired of having to work until 4 a.m. on Wednesdays. I lose my self control after 9 p.m.
