The so called detox faze is almost over, i.ve lost 3 kilos so far and for the amount of trouble I’ve had trying to stay focused and not to cheat I feel disappointed. I know I’ve cheated, I know I haven’t done the workout still is kindda hard to do it wile you’re starving yourself. I was very busy the last 3-4 days studying and wile doing it I’ve cheated, I guess my liver was just asking for something else other than vegees, I’ve had some meat today. I don’t care, I’m under a lot of intellectual stress and I’m not gonna lose in 90 days what I’ve put on in 25 years. I’m expecting an increase in my weight by tomorrow, the time when the detox faze is over. Well I’m just gonna try to cope with it all that’s going on in my life and see if wile doing that I can control my eating disorder, since I find eating the best thing to do when one is stressed.

aww, girl it sounds like you are getting discouraged. try to hang in there, I know it can be tough somtimes. and no one can really know how hard it is for you, but we can try to be here for ya. the important thing is , is try to stay fouces, and know that this is for you, and your health. if you slip up here and there thats ok! its making sure you come back to this, is whats important. and by journalling, and talking about it, you are taking another huge step in success. the great thing about this lifestyle change is, that you can always come back to phase one, and give it a nother go. hold on to it, your so close, dont give up!!

put a piece a gum in your mouth and go work out. I found that chewing gum (Stride is the best) while I work out unconsciously has me working out faster and harder. I'm not even aware of it at the time. Sometimes it gets hard. But you have a great support group here to help you out. It was hard for me to workout the first couple of days due to lack of energy. That feeling goes away. Once you detox even partly through it you start getting more energy. There is always something in our life we have to deal with. BUT Unless you take care of yourself first you won't be here to deal with anything in your life whether good or bad! Heart Disease is the #1 killer among woman. You will feel so much better about not only your life but yourself when you are healthy and fit. Tomorrow is a new day. Start Fresh. It gets better! Keep Smashing!!!

If you feel like you're starving, try to make sure you're eating on a regular basis.. at least every couple of hours. A good snack portion is 100 calories and the meals should be around 300 calories. Just try to make sure you're staying active. I realize life can be crazy but try to keep reminding yourself why you're doing this. I go stand in front of the mirror when my cravings are getting the better of me. I just have to ask myself if I'm really hungry or just craving something. I also have a pair of pants that I'm trying to fit into. I keep those around and have also put on a pair of my pants that are just a bit too tight. It reminds me that I'm still not comfortable with myself. :) Do whatever works for you. Good luck and enjoy your weekend!

That is so right...your health and yourself first! You need to concentrate on getting your life under control and then concentrate on the diet...cheating once and awhile, there is nothing wrong with that as long as you get back on track right away...the exercise will come around too...once you start and see that it isn't so bad you will be hooked, ask those of us that it has happened too...you feel guilty if you skip a day after awhile...but truly don't give up you have lost quite a bit so are, you can do this and know that help is just a click away!!!
