Come on people, don’t be so melodramatic, I will not give up, nor did I say such a thing, so I had some meat, what’s so wrong in that? Meat is good! :):) raise your hand those of you who think this is easy (Serica, let your hand down or I swear I’m gonna kick you with a tomato, coz you’re still on veggies) :):):)so today I’m back on track and all I know is that tomorrow morning I can have some meat.
I don’t know exactly in what the second faze consists in this diet but I’m going to make some net research and see if I figure it out. Again, I have to stress it, all I know is that I can have some meat! But other information is welcomed.
Oh, I like and appreciate your support, even clt’s reminder that I can develop a heart disease :), but as a doctor I tell you, at my weight, I can have a cardiac arrest due to over dieting and over exercising. So I’m taking it easy, so it can last longer.

The so called detox faze is almost over, i.ve lost 3 kilos so far and for the amount of trouble I’ve had trying to stay focused and not to cheat I feel disappointed. I know I’ve cheated, I know I haven’t done the workout still is kindda hard to do it wile you’re starving yourself. I was very busy the last 3-4 days studying and wile doing it I’ve cheated, I guess my liver was just asking for something else other than vegees, I’ve had some meat today. I don’t care, I’m under a lot of intellectual stress and I’m not gonna lose in 90 days what I’ve put on in 25 years. I’m expecting an increase in my weight by tomorrow, the time when the detox faze is over. Well I’m just gonna try to cope with it all that’s going on in my life and see if wile doing that I can control my eating disorder, since I find eating the best thing to do when one is stressed.
