Weight still hasn't dropped. Even after a really really tough workout last night. 1 hour of cardio and 60+ reps of pushups, squats, and bicycle crunches. I'm trying a high calorie and rest day today. It probably won't work, but maybe my body just needs more rest and fuel. Of course, I'm not eating the right stuff. Lunch w/ a friend AND lunch given to us at work... and I had both! And the fiance and I might go out to dinner tonight... Yikes!
