SHOWING RESULTS..goood tuesday morning..was able to ride bike/trainer yesterday afternoon for 17.5 miles in 74 minutes before i lost connection or zwift had a hiccup an quit recording ride..right before i had to quit i was thinkin...if i can only get 17.5 that would be a good place to quit..an next thing i know it happens...lol..was to windy to ride outside yesterday..and gonna take off today an rest..im seeing improvements by riding one day on..one day off..more then i expected..was looking back thru my logs of miles from last summer..an my ave speed has increased by 2 miles per hour..during the summer last year i was averaging 12.2 miles..yesterday on a semi flat/smaller hills i was averaging 14.2 miles..so an increase in riding a bike/trainer thru the winter months..

headed to walmart today to pick up a few things..that way i wont have to get out later in week when its raining again..only need 4-5 things..i got a new muffin pan last week..im in love with it..after having to scrub on my old hand me down last time i made muffins..didnt have to spray new one but did ..an muffins just fell out when i took it outta oven an turned it over..like wow..now if it only lasts for a very long time..

coffee is gone..fat bombs are made..chicken is in crock making the house smell so good..yesterday it was walking thru the house to the smell of muffins baking..really enjoy cooking/baking..eating cleaner then i ever have in the past..sure i lost weight before..but body has become so sensitive from getting off the salt, sugar, flour, many of the additives that cause a weight gain..an you unless you have educated yourself..dont realize that the food thats suppose to be good for you..is causing you to gain the weight..now i cook an or bake my food with almond flour, pyure-organic stevia..and feel so much better..not that i was feeling bad..hardly ever sick..a good thing in the long run..now even better..

WELL...MY MIND IS DONE RAMBLING FOR THE MORNING ON FS..NEED TO GET UP AN CHECK THE CHICKEN..GO AN FIX BREAKFAST..MY FRIEND SHOULD BE TEXTING ME SHORTLY TO ASK IF HE CAN GET HIS RIDE ON THE TRAINER OVER WITH..

HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE...FIND A PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOU..YOU MIGHT HAVE TO TWEAK IT HERE AN THERE...BUT IF ITS WORKING...STICK WITH IT..IF NOT..SOMETIMES THE PLAN YOU THINK WILL WORK..WONT WORK FOR YOU..TRY SOMETHING ELSE..YOUR BODY GETS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS AN THE SAME FOOD..FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU...AND SEE THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS IT ALL BRINGS YOU...

"NEED TO GET UP AN CHECK THE CHICKEN" -- for me that means making sure they haven't gotten into my garden to dig it up. :D You're the second person in 24 hours to mention almond flour. The first was a guy at work who just casually mentioned making a pizza with an almond flour crust and I was like, "Wait, whut?" So now I'm intrigued and plan on checking into almond flour. So thanks for this today. Rock on with your healthy self!
