211.2 lbs this morning. I'm still moving water out of my body as a result of drastically reducing carb intake, but expect that to slow down. Was 218 lbs just a week ago.
One very good thing about cutting carbs is lack of cravings. They were out of control on a daily basis, all it would take is eating one little piece of chocolate, danish, donut, cake, etc...and then watch out, it was off to the races for the day with addictive/compulsive eating. It is so nice to be back in control of things and not driven by that madness!
