I'm on day 3 of low carbs, shooting for 20 net carbs a day or less. Sweets, refined carbs and just mindless eating are what I've been struggling with for a while so this is a good path to getting out of that mode.

Yippee - I have been hanging around 30-40grams of carbs and not dropping as I want...probably should get it down to 20-25grams. Happy you are here...Spring is a good time for a re-boot
