hey guys! weekend was great! the start of my week, not so much...don't wanna talk about it. it's work-related, and it'll just get me all pissed off again. happy to report i stayed at 158, i'll take it! must work on getting to 156 by mid next week! trying to take it slow. we'll see what happens!</P><P>hope u all have a good day!

Aw. I agree with MOTG. It's so hard but try to leave it at work. I'm sure you can do it--you're such an upbeat person. Great that you stayed at the same weight over a weekend with friends! That's awesome.

Last week was my angry work week, so I completely understand. I'm glad to see you stayed the same. I hope you let loose a little bit while you were away. Hope the rest of your week is better.
