Those are truly wise words, Ryan. I like them. I have practiced this for a long time. When I want to find a solution for something, I keep looking until I find something that works for me. Sometimes it takes one solution, sometimes ten. It all depends what I find and how I react to it. This is also how I have made "my" diet. I needed something that works for me, then I got on top of the shoulders of the ones who've already done it, and worked it out from there. It's a lot easier to get a proper view from up there. :)
