I'm Tarla and I just turned 30. I have a great Husband and 2 beautiful daughters (ages 11 and 16). Weight has always been an issue for me. Ever since I can remember I have been fat and uncomfortable with myself. I have tried so many different diets, you name it, I've tried it, from Weight Watchers to Atkins. Most of them have worked, but I could never stick to them, for whatever reason. I come from a great family who celebrates everything in life with food. Every occasion is a reason to celebrate, which is great, except for my growing hip size. It’s hard to change your family and its traditions, so after years of trying, I finally found the easiest solution, change ME instead. Stop worrying about everyone around me and take care of myself for a change.

I have chosen to change a lot of things about myself, not just my weight. No more excuses. It's time to live my life the way I want to live it not the way my fat tells me to live it. This is my life and I chose to live it from this moment on!

Those who want to do something, find a way.
Those who don't, Find an excuse.

The world has gone mad! Woman TRYING to be the world's fattest!!
This is sick and should not be allowed to happen.
It's amazing to me that anyone would think that "fat" was attractive or even something that one wanted to be. But yet you look online and find plenty of "Fat Lover" websites aimed at being fat and gaining more weight. Our society and the media have made it so hard to be happy with ourselves at any weight, never mind being fat, so why would anyone want to do it on purpose??

All I can say is her poor children must be mortified!
