LOST AN HOUR..gooooooooooooood sunday monrinin....lost an hour an feel better all ready ...an dont even have my coffee latte in me yet..

still cold in the midwest again this morning..but..it is only march..an they are even talking snow tonight..but less then one inch...my kind of snow..that kind that looks great..an is gone within 2 hours...lol..

been putting more miles in when i ride each day..got over 20 again yesterday..some days it takes me 2 rides to get my miles in..but still counts and brings my average up..at the amount of miles im riding each day...getting more miles per week..so by time i start riding outside once again..hoping to be getting 25 or more miles per day...

on the other side of the coin...put on a set of riding shorts i wear..but havent had them on in a few weeks..when i went to pull the elastic legs up ..had to open the legs to get my upper leg into them..upper legs are getting bigger..but so loose in butt an waist..im not sure the carpenter 38s are gonna fit like i want them to..might end up cutting the 38s into shorts...not sure yet..

made hamburgers yesterday on george forman..today gonna cook bacon on it..an then try making califlower spuds..first time but nutritionists gave me easy reciepe to follow..so gonna try it..being a guy i can get by ..but not a chef..lol...

well coffee latte is almost gone..only took one cup to wake me up this morning..i like the time change myself...

HAVE A GREAT SUNDAY...SPRING IS GETTING CLOSER..DAY BY DAY..

Good luck on the cauliflower spuds. I tried them, and was very disappointed. However, I came across a recipe for "loaded baked potato mashed turnips'' that looks promising. Turnips have a similar flavor to cauli, but not as strong, and I've made them mashed with just butter, and like them a lot. Good going on the miles, BTW!

Hey Wannabe! Thanks for your support on my journal. Your meals sound good ... I knew you would become a cook before this was all over with. Sounds as if your weigh is coming off all the right places!!
