fattyblob's Journal, 08 March 2017

I have never been to the gym, and am watching youtube at the moment. I am going to eat my 3rd dinner now, and feel guilty later. I just got home from school like 4 hours ago and have been sitting around since I got home. I went to the pantry and snuck some junk food, and I feel really heavy. I weighed myself and I am actually 672.4, but the website only let me put up to 400 lbs in. I'm too fat for this website. I'm 5' 7", 672.4 lbs, and 16 years old.

FB, you're crying out for help? Is there no counseling at your school? Instead of another snack or junk food again, try some fresh fruit or veggies if you have them there. Or pickles if you can stand them. Baby steps for now. ;) And before you eat anything you drink a glass of ice water...slowly. You take a 24 oz bottle of water with you to scholl and you sip on that and you fill it up! That should bevemptied before each meal! Now just count everything you eat and enter it into the program so you have a handle on what you are eating. And enter the activities you do and timing. :)

Record the good, bad and the ugly. Once you know how many calories you are consuming, that knowledge will give you an opportunity to do better. Be a fanatic about it. Log and track everything. John's right! FB, this is where you start! One step at a time! Instead of feeling guilty for 3rd dinner. You said you were watching youtube? Make a goal, make it a challenge! Pick an exercise you can do. Can you do a knee lift maybe? Using your arms to help? Bend your knee sitting in your chair or on your bed and wrap your hands around it and pull it as far to your chest slowly as you can. Hold for count of 30. Start with 3 or 5 times on each leg between YouTube videos. Do it each time you are between videos. Then tomorrow, up it to ten times. When that is easy and you want more challenge pause and let it spool every minute while you do knee lifts, then you can try something else maybe...

You can do it. Set one small goal at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself by looking at the long road, just enjoy the journey. These guys know what they are talking about. Pick something you can do and be proud of your accomplishment, then slowly challenge yourself to do more. You came to the right place.

I don't know if you've returned under this name. But I hope you are getting some help and making better choices Hon

Darling, this may sound odd, but have you considered talking with your parents/guardian about seeking higher treatment. You may suffer from a binge eating disorder. It may be crucial for you to seek immediate help in a clinic/treatment facility. Trust me when I say eating disorders do not discriminate. I've struggled with bulimia for almost 11yrs. Take care, XO
