Today I'm starting my journey to looking good and feeling healthy. 2 years ago I was 238 pounds and with watching what I ate and working out 5 days a week, I had lost 49lbs. However, I did not realize how those old habits can sneak up on you. Today I weigh 225 and my 1st goal is to weigh 190 by the summer. My second goal is to weigh 160 by September 1st my 40th birthday.
