I need to reach the next level of my weight loss journey. I need help to get myself to exercise. I just can't seem to get myself motivate. Or even to find the time to exercise. I was trying to get up in the morning and then in the evening now I find it VERY challenging.

I am the same way and really struggling with it.

Plan it out - put it in your schedule at a specific time and stick to it!! Think of it as a date with yourself that you can't miss.. And maybe try writing it down in your FS journal - sometimes saying it out loud (or "out loud" on the internet = typing it in your journal..) helps keep you accountable!!
