FINALLY GOT MY SORRY BUTT UP...goood morning..finally got motivated enough to get on the rb for 17 min an did 4 miles..not that much..just cant seem to get the motivvation i need to want to go in an get on the recumbent bike...once i get on it..im good to go..just takes to many steps to walk into room...to much time off is alot of it im sure..

bike guy sent me a message while ago an hes tryin to pick a day we both can be in same place..my house..lol..told him im usually here cept for tuesday..sister gets eyes diluted...an i told him that..so waiting on email from him..

sis has been making cookies..not good..weight is up more then usual..several people passing away in her church..so shes makin cookies to take..for dinners tomow...told her to take em all..dont want any left here...or put em where she can find em...

55 here today an i have no bike to ride outside..an i miss it..lol..my friend was talking about doing a 30 mile ride..an thought it was warm enough to dress like he does in summer time...i thought it was to cold yet...we will see when he gets back who gets sick...lol..

well...gonna close this for today an go in a mess with smart tv..im beginnin to think smart part of tv was samsung selling it to me..laptop is faster for finding stuff..using remote control to push buttons..slowwwwwww...i use a wireless mouse i leave in room...early stages of technology on smart tvs..im sure one of these days il have to buy another tv for living room but debate on a smart tv is still out..gonna make other one last as long as i can...

did manage to do 2 rides so far today...one was a 4 mile ride in 17;20 min...other one was 7 miles in 28;40 min...so least i found the workout room today...
