OMG - I totally pigged out yesterday. I think I was bored, so I ate bowl after bowl of fruity cheerios. I felt sick - physically ill - but I kept eating. I was so disappointed with myself. On a brighter note - I am wearing a skirt today that I haven't worn since March 2008!!! Go Nika! I stepped on the scale today even though I was afraid.

Wow girly, you are seriously overcoming some huge fears and obstacles! I am so proud of you and you were really rockin' that skirt today! At least you got back on track today! It's okay if every now and then we have a bad day ... it's just NOT okay when we start having bad DAYS and WEEKS!! You motivate me! Keep it up!
