Had a couple of Christmas chocolates last night...oops...I've been stumbling a lot lately...the kids are quickly purging the house of treats, so the temptation should disappear soon!! The stumble wasn't too bad calorie wise, but blood sugar took a hit...more self control is required...
Take a page out of the AA meetings, take it one day at a time...slow and steady wins the race and all that...I am still getting used to having to pay attention to what I am eating...should have always done it, but I didn't...so this is new to me...I'm determined to get it right, so I will.
