Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight gain. Losing weight isn't a linear journey. There are a lot of ups and downs. Watch sodium intake! It's in most processed foods. Drink water! Good luck!

Thank you. My sodium intake is always high due to I love making homemade soups and I haven't reduce my sodium intake in them still trying to figure that out.
