I sat down and was eating my dinner 3 oz steak with small side salad and tator tots. while I was eating I was thinking this is not satisfying to me, why is this not pleasing. I did not enjoy my meal at all. I was still hungry, still craving something but did not know what.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
