Thanks to everyone for commenting on my post. I am very excited to see what tomorrow holds. I may not have lost any pounds this week because I am working on toning up my leg muscles and we all know muscle weighs more than fat. But if my inches have decreased I can live with it.

Inches lost are good, especially around the waist. It's the visceral fat (the kind around our organs) that drives disease and ill health and keeps liver function low, ostensibly storing more fat. Also, muscle burns fat and keeps insulin levels low (which helps keep you from storing fat). Hooray for muscles!

true Selby. I dont want to get bulky, I just want to tone up and lose my "bat wings" and tighten up the skin under my arms and lower stomach. So I am going to try to lose a few extra pounds to make up for the muscle weight I will gain when I start toning up. I had a lady ask me today at work if I got tired of eating the same foods everyday. I told her no because I really like what I eat. I doubt if I will change what I eat when I get to my goal weight. I really do like the food.
