Keep going down...
Last night I was starving. I ate "dinner" at 4:30pm before I left work because I had class right after. Got out of class at 7pm, went home, and my deliver from the Asian food grocer had arrived. It contained: 2 2lb blocks of miso paste, dashi kombu seaweed, real green tea (not the crappy bagged stuff), and 3 kinds of Pocky (cookie crush, almond crush, and winter fudge). Of course, I had to try the Pocky! Lol. I had about 2 sticks of each kind and left the rest to my fiance. I counted it as a whole package of regular Pocky... Hmm. No idea how close it actually is to it. Then I snacked on some kettle corn and green tea. I didn't plan on working out yesterday but I did anyway because I had more time than I thought.
