It's a little tough to take aim at what might be holding you back since you are not logging your food intake every day. That being said, there are a LOT of people that get hung up on the Atkins Bars...they seem to be a known staller to alot of people. So if you are using these frequently, I would eliminate them for the time being. Use the tools at the atkins.com site to review what to do, what not to do, etc., as a bit of a refresher. How much of this or how much of that...matters! Eat clean whole foods, and try to eliminate 'artificial' and 'processed foods' as much as possible. Try a kick start of a clean induction again for two straight weeks w/ this in mind, and lots of water, all day every day! This might help get this ball rolling again.
