Stuck for a few days. Didn't hit my optimum calorie intake. But now moving down again. :) Heading for Onederland and a 40 lb loss since joining FS in April, and 80 overall. Not quite there yet, but soon.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 78.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
