Got up for CF class this morning, I even surprised myself by that, I was ready to turn around & keep on sleeping, but 10 minutes after my alarm had gone off, I was wide awake. So, I decided to get up!
Skill/Strength
Back Squats (I know - 3rd week in a row)
I went up with 5 kg in this 3 week cycle!
Warm up sets - 10 x 15 kg, 5 x 20 kg & 5 x 25 kg
Work sets - 3 x 3 x 28 kg & 1 x 3 x 30 kg
METCON:
1 KM Row (Row like a viking challenge)
My time was 4:52, and I was the slowest. LOL
