Woke at 217.2, up 3.6 from yesterday as the meds do their water retention thing. I'm fasting until dinner today for 5:2 IF, so we will get on top of it. UPDATE: Did second med drip then came home and downed tons of black coffee and hibiscus tea. Fasted until 7 pm and ate an omelet. Got a 213.6 weigh in before that. Going to continue over the weekend.
