Ok - I'm just getting started on fatsecret. I started on Dec. 1st to try to lose weight and just heard about this website. My biggest problem is trying to determine what to eat that is not too complicated or time consuming to prepare.

There's lot's of stuff that is quite easy. You can start your day with yogurt and fruit, or oatmeal, high fiber cereal with fruit. Lunch can be a sandwich made with whole wheat bread and whatever you want on it (correct portions) with lots of veggies and some fruit. You can pick up rotissiere chicken and get a few meals out of it. Make your favorite sides. There are some decent frozen meals you can pair with salads and veggiies. It's all about what you like and what you can fit in to your way of life. Good luck!
