Hi fellow fatsecret buddies! Walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday - gently rolling hills program It was a good sweat but I am a little paralytic today! This morning did 1 hour of weight training. So by 5 pm I should be nice and stiff!
Bringing dinner over to my friend's house - she is making the chicken and I am making the sides. I made cauliflower rice with neufchatel cheese (has less fat than cream cheese) and got a salad mix - putting some colorful sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I was going to put pine nuts in it but those thing were like 8 bucks for a tiny little jar - must be covered in gold-leaf!
I am still trying to get down to 299 before November 8. It is gonna be tough. I didn't do very well eating wise last week so if I want it bad enough I will stick to it!

Good luck on the diet, Shelly. Maybe try cutting out some meals, and gradually work to an IF diet.
