Woke at 213.4, up 1.6 from yesterday. Well, if you can call it waking! Due to my taking my med drip on a Wednesday afternoon this week (instead of Thursday morning), I discovered another side effect -- sleeplessness! Didn't drop off until 5 am and up at 7 am for a mandatory meeting downtown. This should be interesting! Targeting 2181 calories today. UPDATE: Came home from work at 215.4. Nothing in the house to eat so Denise and I went out to our local BBQ joint, Lefty’s. Had some fresh pork rinds, a great brisket salad, and a few ribs. Also a few beers. Stayed largely within calories but the beers put me over on carbs. Tomorrow is a 600 calorie IF day.
