gooooooood saturday mornin...waking up to 50 outside...rain is moving in once again...so not sure if i will get my morning walk in before it gets here...still to dark to venture out...use to go walking at this hour...but the cooler temps have made me lazier...now i wait till about 630am to go walkin..an by then its lighter out as well...sun shinned thru the windows yesterday..felt good havin the sun on me..i was cold but with the sun shinning thru...felt good...havent showed any loss lately, but i can tell its coming off in inches again..had to put belt in a different hole...an on them colder days i have been wearing a pair of sweats under my jeans...my 42 jeans are getting really baggy in the butt area...i can grab the back of pants an feel all the extra room that i have back there...have been tryin on 40s that i have..and i can get them on...but just havent lost enough that they are comfy to wear yet...but its getting closer...and thats all that matters...each time i get into a smaller size...makes me smile knowing its been like alonggggg time since i was in that size...and with each size down...also means im getting more weight off an healthier as well...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
11. WEIGHING MYSELF EACH MORNING...IS A GREAT WAY OF KNOWING WHERE MY WEIGHT IS FOR THE DAY...

Love that you are able to take your belt down a notch! Yeah! You'll be in those smaller jeans soon! Although with cooler temps, it is probably pretty nice you can wear your sweats under your jeans! thanks jav...i didnt go for a morning walk today..instead let my legs an feet have a day off..im sure they need it..although its hard to take a day off from time to time...butttttttt...i did...
