Brydenbabe22's Journal, 13 September 2016

Well guys,

Ive just been through a month long relapse of my Multiple Sclerosis symptoms. I had to be put on high dose steroids to stop the inflammation in the lesion at the base of my skull and i am only now coming out of the withdrawal. All my hard work gone... I am back to 200lbs. Not only that, but i have to go back on medication for my anxiety and depression as its totally out of control. That's going to make this process even harder than it was before.

Im so discouraged.

All of the above! Recognize that your weight gain is due to the medication and not to a lack of effort on your part. Keep at it one day at a time, and you WILL see positive changes in the long run!!! Don't ever give up!!

brydenbabe22 we do understand and we know how much it means to have support with these hard times. I know it can be tough and the fact that I can come on here put my thoughts out there and not be judged but be coached is so incredible and amazing that it makes us want to keep going on it makes us not want to give up. I believe you are a strong person. Just do it one day at a time...step by step. You can't push it all at once because if you do or you try its just going to be too much and its gonna make you want to give up, but don't.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I know it's frustrating. I've been having the regain issue myself. Keep making healthy choices each meal time and focus in making strides in health and exersice. You can do this.
