my first 50 pounds is gone.. goood mornin fs...i layered up this morning an headed out on my ride..55 here this morning..an as i was riding i knew what i needed to hit to be at 50 pound loss..i kept tellin myself i needed 288.8 to hit my goal...i also changed my alarm on my cell to go off at 45 min an again at 1 hour...so that i can switch up my riding to be doing high intensity riding..as i kept riding i kept the number 288.8 in my mind..i knew i had to ride hard to get my body burning the flab..all while on my 23 hour fast...for anyone thats not done a longer fast an then a workout of some kind..only way to burn off the flab...in my opinion...anyways i get home..i go in an weight in...im shocked at what the scales says...it says 288.8..the number i knew i needed to hit my first 50 pounds loss....
bike stats for today hit ride 13.9 miles 15.5 top speed 11.9 ave speed 1:08 time of ride more miles then yesterday, better top an ave, alittle over my hour
now i have a challenge to beat this ride
