Woke at 223.6, up 4.4 from yesterday. Huge water weight gain despite eating 1560 calories yesterday (but 100 net carbs). Probably some residual gain from Tuesday, too. Pants extremely tight. Targeting 1100 calories today. UPDATE: Came home after a happy hour at 221.4. Ate under daily calorie goals but 1000 more than I planned today! Tomorrow is a 5:2 IF day and I’ll do more catching up over the weekend. Haven’t started to move the massive additional water yet.

Respect the honest confession about the pants. No doubt you'll get rid of it. You always do.

The carbs will do it, seems like the less I've weighed the more they effect me. One good thing about tight pants - it's a constant reminder to keep on track. Have a great day!
