Woke at 219.2, up .6 from yesterday. Still totally full from dinner last night. Would not have been surprised with 220 plus based on some simple carbs I allowed in my dinner. Will eat today but stick to my macros. UPDATE: Had a nice day out. Ate an omelet for lunch and then some breaded, fried seafood for a light dinner. Some alcohol involved, too. Topped out at 1560 calories to get me partially on track in that regard, but too many carbs again. Not bothering to weigh in again. Will start fresh in the morning and will target about 1100 calories tomorrow to get all the way back on schedule. Then my 600 calorie IF day on Friday. I should be able to drop some water over the next few days.
