Starting to train for the mini marathon in May. Last night I walked briskly for 10 mins. and did some housework. It's going to be rough switching up my food routine. I've been to the dr. and been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and pretty sure my test will come back with insulin resistance too. I need more protein in my life. One day at a time.
