Went and tried out a friend's Nordiac Track Treadclimber. And within 2 minutes I knew it was going to be a workout. I was on it for 40 minutes. Walked 1.31 miles (or was it climbed???) Burned 297 calories and I walked 2 mph speed. And it's now nearly 7pm and I'm about to fall asleep now. Worn out!!! Perhaps I could do this daily????

a different exercise is whats needed from time to time ...your body gets use to the same workouts after 3-4 weeks...way to go on getting in a different workout...
