weight up but not going to worry about it as i am restructuring my eating habits/style. learning to tweek recipes that i have found to make my own pre-pared meals. what goes up will come down!
132.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
