The weather sucks almost as bad as my attitude today. The stress is slowly tearing me down although I am trying to fight it.
I have found that my walks in the morning to work have become very boring, but really no other way to get there.
All the positive plans that I thought I was going to work on have suddenly disappeared into the abys...
I would not wish my feelings on anyone... I don't know what I am going to do cry or end up fighting with someone.. This is really not a pleasant place to be.. there is also confusion too because I am working on getting myself physically healthy yet my mental health is taken a beating and a half.
Oh well make it through the day and hope that tomorrow is better. It's going to be a roller coaster ride..

Hang in there kiddo! This too shall pass. Try to focus on your accomplishment! Look what you have done! Your walk to work provides exercise! Walk fast to speed up that metabolism and breath deep! Above all, hang in there, you are so worth it! You can and will do this!

Have you tried listening to music on your way to work? I love to walk with my headphones on and half dance, half walk. People look at me funny, but I just don't care, I'm having fun!! :-)

I was the same way with exercise boredom. I was super-lucky enough to find a kettlebell studio (with a great trainer who is insanely knowledgeable) right by my house. I think once you find something that sparks a little interest and have a good support system from friends, family or whomever, things will fall into place. It is rough getting to that point, but it will come. :-) Your positive plans are still there, they've just gotten lost amid all the other emotions and the kind of 'mental garbage' we all carry around. I don't know your situation, but if it's possible to get a massage, or a pedicure or something that is relaxing...reading a book in a quiet room by yourself, go to a movie...some of the stress will go away and clarity will follow. Find a way to 'lose yourself in time'. And...we all go a little mental at times. I have a membership to that club. ;-)
