Strength exercises today - all body parts Abs again was 30-30-36-36-27-27-33-70 (289 crunches) and some other abs and stuff for upper and lower body. Snow today so I wonder how running will be tomorrow. I do not like wet feet. Cooking pumpkin for a long term supply it looks like.
