Three days at the same weight is normal. Many people stay the same weigh for a few days than drop again. But three weeks, than you know your really on a plateau, lol. It will move a gain.

3 weeks? That would drive me totally nuts. that's like a serious mesa. Feeling PMSy, which generally leads to unmitigated snacking... not good...

My weight isn't budging any on the scale, but the pant sizes are dropping...strange how our bodies work sometimes. Just know your doing everything right, and your body is in the process of flushing out the fat. Congratz on the 10 pounds that is to great!
