I maintained a weight loss to the weight of 160 for many years, until two pregnancies and changing to a desk job. I'm sick of just living in disappointment, because I gained so much weight the last three years. I think sometimes we just don't look at the scale, because we know what's happening. But, if I never have started, never tried, then who knows what my weight would be like right now.

A little about me personally:

I am the mother of three children, who keep me active. I have a full time desk job. I love photography, scrapbooking or anything crafty, hiking, home diy projects, furniture restoration, and even carpentry. I live in south eastern United States.✯

Oh no I binged!
Just remember to balance everything out and eat healthy! You can eat loads of healthy food, compared to unhealthy.

Two days is only that.. More days to come can be positive and healthy. You're in control! Just get on the scale, see the damage, or even be surprised... and be strong!
