Another abs day today 30-30-36-36-27-27-33-60=279 counting is getting hard - I think I need to do this one over a few times before moving to the next one. Love to do those 60 with a bit better form. Still nice for November. Made chili today. Good day. Still clean eating so I made it from scratch with pretty good ingredients. Only opened a can of soy beans and a small can of tomato paste - the rest was whole foods (and spices)
