Finally got off my lazy butt and premade lunches and breakfasts for the week along with snacks. So Wawa and McDonalds should be out of the equation. Its really tough when home support does not exist and when you try to get the rest of the family on board to healthier eating it doesn't happen. Breaks my heart to see my kids overweight but I am not home all the time and have limited say in their breakfast and dinner decisions. Daughter does like the Faux Egg muffins though. Happy Halloween all!

I think that you are going to get wonderful results from all your planning this week! And really the best way to inspire your family is to show them. Once they see you healthier and happier then they might want to jump on board.
