after I told myself I wasn't going to jog for a whole hour straight again. I did today I jogged an hour and an extra minute. but now that I think about it. I think I'm going to jog 30 minutes every morning and every night so I can be ahead on things plus do my usual 3 hour workout including the jogs and everything I usually do. they say all you have to do is jog 30 minutes a day and eat right and you'll lose weight so an hour a day can make up some extra workouts that I can't do on the weekends (:

Are you training for some sporting event? They say weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. You don't actually need to exercise to lose, but it the healthier way to do it if you can. But if you are not training, then lot's of extra exercise may not necessarily help you lose more. Your muscles can get really tired and your body stressed. You want to find a good balance. An hour of good intensive exercise a day is probably more than enough to help you lose and get you in to good shape (unless you are in training for some sport). You can definitely over which can cause a host of others problems. Take care and find a good balance.

I'm not in training. I just love to be active when I'm not active i get mad. Its practically like my hobby. I love running. And I know you don't have to exercise to lose weight but it tones your body more if you do exercise and you are suppose to get 3 hours worth of a workout or just activies a day such as basketball and such but I don't do sports so exercising is my thing and I know,too much exercise can destroy your body abut I'm also stretching my body out, well starting to anyways because I have noticed my knee hurting this past week but I'll take what you said in consideration because you are right. I just like to over do it sometimes

3 hours a day isn't for all. But I have the time so it doesn't bother me. Today I only got in 1 hour and 30 minutes. I just try to reach the goals I set for myself.

ONLY an hour and a half: tee hee hee! I can relate: the winter before this last one, I walked as fast as I could for 2 hours every other day. Sometimes you just get going, and it feels so good, you don't wanna stop!
