I did really good with my eating habits today. 8% fat and 38% protein. I kind of did a little fasting today. I really space out my snacks and meals all because I wasn't all that hungry today. I ate enough fatty foods last weekend.

Same here: it's hard for me to eat when the weather is as hot as it was today. A little fasting can't hurt so, good on you!
