been working out very often ..lots of cardio and weight lifting ..really watching what I am eating at this point ... I am trying hard ..weight up ..Really dissapppointed with that ..I weigh daily so I am very concious of that Oh well I will see what this week brings with diet and exercise
144.4 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

I work out faithfully . My weight loss is nil . My body is stronger but not leaner . I will count calories now . I can do it . This is crazy . lol I spend an hour in the gym and don't lose an ounce. My habits are good . Today I will measure my body and track that as well . I want to be able to record some progress.

I must be in the same boat. a while back, I was doing kick boxing and lifting 5 days out of 7. the scale didn't budge. I could bench press 145 lbs. Squat 200. You would think the fat would fly off. My son insists its not enough protein. I think the age factor has more to do with it than anything. the 50's are murder. Hang in there.

Are you taking your measurements? That will tell the true story.

Ahh..tapdancer...looking at your diet I'm really hoping that the entries are just incomplete. Cuz if thats all you are eating it is no wonder that your weight isn't budging. (too low calories=starvation mode)
