I actually did not weigh this morning. I ate way too much yesterday afternoon and evening. However it is now Monday morning and this morning marks a fresh start. I will focus this week. Sunday we will be taking FIL to dinner for his birthday so need to stay on track until then. There is a fajita salad at the place we are taking him that is very good so I'll still be able to stay on track. I am NOT beating myself up for indulgences. I have indeed felt better physically ... too much food doesn't sit well in my body anymore ... not sure it ever really did!!!

I am sore today too. I guess it was the Pilates. Holy Crap that was hard. I'm going to try to do it again ... I need to mix things up I think. Anyway I must go ... duty calls!!!

My five for today ...

1. the size 10 pants I bought still fit this morning even after Thanksgiving festivities and the weekend that followed
2. sleep ... oh how I love sleep
3. coffee ... and an afternoon coffee date with an old friend
4. water ... I feel so much better when I drink "enough"
5. persistence

Pilates are great - they are super hard, but keep it up and they will #1 get easier, and #2 you will really see the difference. They have pilates at my gym, but bad hours for me. So you have to do them for the both of us!!!

True about water, thanks for the reminder. Great plan for FIL's dinner too!

Oooh. I need to go drink some water right now! Thanks! Glad your size 10's still fit. I was worried about my pants after my weekend of fun-time eating! Here's to a fresh start!

Hooray for size 10's. Yes, the pilates does get easier with time. The body never likes changes when it comes to working out. Unworked new muscles tend to rebel. But you will see results.
