So this morning, I had decided that I was going to change up my diet, I was going to try the weight watchers again as I know that has worked for me in the past, I did eat a frozen weight watcher meal for breakfast and for lunch, and I realized, what the heck am I thinking. I can't give up on their diet just because I "only" lost .4 pounds, I have to give it a chance to work, I did lose almost 13 pounds this month which is over 3 pounds a week on average. So, I am going to keep going on their plan, and hope for the best on Saturday. Hopefully, I didn't screw up too bad. :( Looking forward to a butt kicking tomorrow!! Planning on walk/jog at least 4 miles tonight when I get home!! I hope and pray this week will be it and I will finally get to the "one"derlands!!

You will make it. You are kicking butt and working so hard. Please (and I know this from experience) don't be so hard on yourself and take time to smell the roses. Don't dismiss how far you have come because you feel that you have so far to go.
